6 medium baking potatoes, baked
2 Tbsp oil
1 jar (500g) Cheez Whiz
¼ cup Bacon Bits
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup sliced green onions (about 1 medium)
PREHEAT oven to 190C. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centres, leaving ½ cm thick shells. (Reserve centres for another use.) Cut shells in half crosswise.
PLACE shells, skin sides down, on ungreased baking sheet; brush insides of shells lightly with oil. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown.
MICROWAVE Cheez Whiz in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 3 min, stirring after 1-½ min. Pour evenly into potato shells; top with bacon bits, sour cream and onions.
